Visitor Engagement
Systems
We love tools that turn visitors into participants.
At HALUU, no engagement system is generic. Every interactive layer is built around the specific story a project needs to tell — designed to make complex ideas playable, personalise the experience for each visitor, and turn a one-time visit into something worth coming back for.
"The best tools don't explain the experience. They become part of it."

Our Selected Projects
Scentarium - Botanical Essentials EDP Immersive Exhibition
Participation sits at the heart of Scentarium. Rather than sampling seven fragrances as a flat retail lineup, visitors are invited to discover which emotional world actually belongs to them — and carry a piece of that discovery home.

The Experience Map — digital participation, room by room

Most exhibitions hand visitors a printed guide and let them wander. Scentarium replaces it with something more alive: a personal, registration-based microsite that visitors carry through the entire journey, and that responds to where they've actually been.
On entry, visitors register and fill out their data before entering the microsite, where an experience map unfolds in black-and-white — a journey not yet taken. At each room, a QR code scan checks them in, and that section of the map turns from black-and-white to full colour, a small but satisfying signal of progress. Checking in unlocks the room's content: information about the corresponding fragrance, an in-room game, and the room's dedicated photobooth — so digital participation and physical discovery happen at exactly the same moment, not before or after it.
By the time a visitor's map is fully coloured in, they've moved through all seven emotional worlds and earned the right to redeem a prize in-store — turning the final transaction into a reward for the journey, not a separate retail step bolted onto the end.
Seven assigned muses extend the system beyond the venue: each influencer embodies one variant's persona in their own content, giving every fragrance a recognisable face and turning personal identification into something visitors could follow on social media before they ever stepped inside.
This is engagement built the way Botanical Essentials wanted to be known.
Not as a product chosen at random, but as a mood, found, mapped,
and unlocked one room at a time.
Sunsilk X HALUU
No Wash No Was-Was Tunnel — Sunsilk
Redefining Hair Hygiene through a Multi-Sensory Floral Escape
Participation begins before visitors even reach the flowers. What would a fragrance launch be without a QR code that follows you the entire way through?
In the "No Wash No Was-Was" tunnel, visitors are guided not by a printed map but by a unique QR code generated the moment they scan in at the entrance and fill out a short form. This single code becomes the thread that ties the entire 30-metre journey together.
At the second checkpoint, that code unlocks a free photo session — the first proof that the tunnel is responding to the visitor specifically, not running on a loop. From there, visitors explore the installation freely, discovering three designated photo spots and a string of in-room activities woven through three color-coded zones, each one tied to a different Sunsilk Hair Perfume variant.

The code resurfaces at each photo spot: visitors display it to the screen, it's scanned, and a picture is taken automatically — with the soft copy sent directly to them, no manual upload required. For those who want something more tangible, sharing a photo to their Instagram story — tagging Sunsilk and two friends — unlocks an exclusive printed version at the on-site printing station, turning a single share into a physical keepsake.
The journey ends the way the campaign promised it would: a free product sample in hand, and a "no was-was day" delivered not as a tagline, but as something visitors actually walked through, scanned, and felt on their hair.
Sunsilk didn't advertise confidence.
It sprayed it straight into 95,000 commuters' hair, one bloom at a time.
