Strategic Outreach

A space built with intention still needs the right people inside it on day one.

HALUU didn't wait for word of mouth to happen organically — we engineered the first wave of attention before the doors opened to the public.

Celebrity & KOL Seeding and Amplification

In our past projects, we've often invited well-known Indonesian celebrities and prominent Key Opinion Leaders to actively participate in our events — not as passive guests, but as voices for the experience's core message. We called them Teman HALUU.

They don't just show up — they genuinely play. They walk through the rooms, try the activities, take their own photos, and share the experience the way any other visitor would. That authentic participation does more than lend credibility — it shows audiences that the experience is something worth enjoying firsthand, not just promoting from a distance.

Press Conference & Media Relations

A formal press conference typically anchors the launch, where HALUU and its brand partner jointly introduce the project to media — positioning it not as a one-off pop-up, but as a deliberate, branded creative property with a clear point of view, voiced directly by the project's creative leadership.

Sustained Earned Media

The combination of a strong concept, genuine celebrity participation, and a design built for sharing results in sustained coverage across major Indonesian outlets — turning what could have been a single launch story into weeks of ongoing press attention, driven as much by the idea as by who walked through the door.

The principle behind it all: the most effective outreach isn't about borrowing someone else's spotlight.
It's about building something interesting enough that the spotlight finds it on its own.

Our Selected Projects

Baluun Opening Party

We don't send invitations. We send experiences.

For the opening of Baluun, HALUU engineered two of the most talked-about arrivals Jakarta had seen at an experiential event: a chartered private helicopter flying Indonesia's most prominent celebrities directly to the venue, and a full MRT takeover that turned Jakarta's public transit system into a moving extension of the opening party itself. Before a single balloon was touched, the arrival was already a moment worth talking about, photographed, and shared.

More Than a Guest List

Musicians, actors, and public figures didn't just attend — they arrived as characters in the story HALUU had already started telling. Their genuine participation, from the moment they stepped onto the MRT or touched down from the helicopter, carried through every installation, every balloon, and every piece of content they brought back into their own platforms.

The result: outreach that didn't begin at the press release or end at the opening night — it built from two very different arrivals, carried through the event, and continued in every piece of content Teman HALUU brought back with them into their own worlds.
