The Glitch Pop-up
A pop-up doesn't need weeks to make an impact — it needs one day done right.
HALUU builds single-day activations where every detail is designed to get people reaching for their phones before they're asked to, leaving with content they didn't plan to make, and keeping a brand in conversation long after the space comes down.
The Glitch Pop-up is HALUU's answer to brands working against the clock. We design short-run and smaller scale activations and product launches where every surface, every angle, and every detail is built to be photographed.

The doors close.
The brand keeps showing up.
Our Selected Projects
Fitbar: Fitbar House of Good
House of Goodness was built to launch Fitbar Protein into daily life — not through sampling tables, but through sweat. HALUU mapped the brand's three pillars — Look Good, Feel Good, Do Good — directly onto three physical zones: Visual, Mood, and Action. The space didn't describe the brand. It became the brand, one activity at a time.
Across a 60m² workout area and 145m² ground floor, visitors moved through the Goodness Station — a hamster wheel, a punch bag, a karaoke booth — before testing themselves at the Racing Ball Challenge and bouncing through Fit Selfie's trampoline zone. An AI Photobooth layered sport-themed avatars over each visitor's photo — runner, badminton, cycling, padel, pilates, with inclusive hijab options built in from the start. Nobody encountered Fitbar passively. They punched, sang, raced, and jumped their way to it.

The Unexpected Edge
House of Goodness made people earn their way in through play — physical catharsis as the entry point to the brand, not a footnote to it. Each zone activated a different emotional state tied to the product, so visitors didn't just see why Fitbar Protein fit their routine. They felt it, one punch and one trampoline bounce at a time.

The Impact
Almost 3,500 people came through House of Goodness across five days — each one leaving not just with a sample, but with a free DIY Lego set, an AI sport selfie, and a direct, physical memory of what "Look Good, Feel Good, Do Good" actually feels like in the body.
House of Goodness didn't ask people to believe in wellness — it made them sweat for it, one punch, one race, one trampoline bounce at a time.
HALUUin Padel Tourney
HALUUin Padel Tourney was built around a single idea: competitive play as community theatre. Across six courts and three distinct audiences — amateur Padel pairs, a Celebrity Edition stacked with KOLs, and an exclusive #temanHALUU session reserved for HALUU's most loyal insiders — the day unfolded less like a tournament and more like a festival that happened to have rackets in it.
The costume mandate — "Dress to win. Literally." — set the tone before a single ball was hit, immediately separating this from any corporate sporting event. On Court 6, projection-mapped visuals responded live to ball and player movement, turning every rally into a content moment. At the centre of the venue stood the HALUU Booth: a 4-metre modular structure holding over 100 prize items. Every match earned players a wristband, redeemable for a mystery HALUU prize, where the rule was simple: everyone wins something.

The Unexpected Edge
Most brand tournaments treat celebrities as spectators and prizes as an afterthought. HALUUin Padel Tourney flipped both: 30+ celebrities — Luna Maya, Thariq Halilintar, Aaliyah Massaid, Bio One, Ayu Dewi, and more — played alongside everyday pairs, while the wristband-to-mystery-prize mechanic turned every match into its own small ritual worth repeating.

The Impact
Roughly 100–150 players took to the courts across all three segments — 72 in the open tournament, 30 in the Celebrity Edition, and up to 50 in the #temanHALUU insider session — each one walking away with a Padel jersey and a shot at prizes ranging from rackets and apparel to skincare and VIVO products.
HALUUin Padel Tourney proved that the fastest way to build a brand community isn't a campaign. It's a court, a costume, and a reason to come back next season.
Wardah Colorfit
Cushion Station
Cushion Station was built on a single idea: make the product's biggest benefit — a perfect colour match — something visitors could physically walk through, not just read on packaging. HALUU shaped the entire space like an oversized cushion compact, finished in soft sage green, with an illuminated arch tunnel entrance that turned a simple product trial into a ritual: "Your Matte Era Begins" before a single swatch was tested.
The journey moved in a clear line. At the entrance, Wardah Beauty AI and the Colorfit Shade Finder Filter matched each visitor's undertone before they'd taken three steps inside. From there, a centre showcase displayed both the Perfect Glow and 5D Blur Cloud Cushion ranges across a 75" screen, organised by warm, neutral, and cool — turning a shade chart into a discovery moment. The Colorverse Studio offered full colour analysis, the Colorfit Café served matcha and snacks to extend the visit, and the journey closed at a redemption lounge where trial became takeaway.

The Unexpected Edge
Most product launches demo a feature. Cushion Station turned a feature — shade matching — into a personal identity statement. The oversized 3D cushion compact sculptures on the exterior wall weren't just decoration; they were the first photo a visitor took before they'd even found their shade, making content creation part of the product experience.

The Impact
Nearly 8,000 visitors passed through Cushion Station across nine days — each one leaving not just with a colour match, but with a free hand-fan, a charm, and a photo from at least one of the space's built-in content frames.
Cushion Station proved that the right shade isn't just a product decision — it's a doorway people will line up to walk through.
