Turning Authenticity into communication and create a space where people could experience what unconditional acceptance actually feels like.

Creative Strategy

Instead of launching a traditional broadcast campaign, HALUU translated this abstract cultural tension into a physical, raw reality. We conceptualized Dunia Tanpa Syarat—a large-scale, multi-zone spatial activation designed as a psychological and sensory journey. We want to make visitors physically confront societal judgments so they could collectively celebrate the liberation of stripping them away.

The Experience
A world you walk through — room by room, label by label.

An immersive exhibition that doesn't just celebrate authenticity — it confronts the systems that suppress it. Four rooms. Four labels. One invitation to take off your judgmental glasses and appreciate every unique quality that makes us who we are.

Every room within the maze was meticulously lit and framed to act as an organic Content Capsule. By embedding bold typography, striking monochromatic aesthetics, and interactive mirrors into the design, the space practically forced visitors to pull out their phones.

The physical climax of the journey, "All Terms Accepted," served as the ultimate resolution and celebratory photo backdrop. It allowed everyday consumers, lifestyle creators, and media figures to co-create content together, capturing the exact moment they shed their labels and embraced total authenticity.

The world's first immersive exhibition that turns heartbreak into a shared cultural milestone — and spatial design into a new medium for brand storytelling.

Heartbreak is no longer a private feeling. It's a generation's shared language.

The red bandaged heart character mid-stride

Museum Patah Hati is an immersive journey through the psychological stages of heartbreak — designed to transform a universal private struggle into a communal, cathartic, and deeply shareable cultural moment.

Why We're Doing This

Shift away from traditional, romantic clichés to build an interactive, multi-brand ecosystem where audiences can process emotional "pain" through a gamified, three-stage psychological journey.

How we build world

"An immersive world that turns emotional pain into a space of connection — where vulnerability becomes a platform for joy, community, and brand relevance."

By gamifying the path from pain to moving on, we created not just an exhibition — but a high-engagement emotional platform that audiences wanted to experience, share, and return to.

The Experience Architecture

HALUU engineered a sequential spatial journey built around the psychological stages of grief, transforming a museum format into an interactive media vehicle for brands to commercialize their products through authentic storytelling.

  • Stage 1: Emotional (The Pain): High-impact, raw, and visually dramatic environments where visitors directly confront the immediate sting of separation and societal pressure.
  • Stage 2: Acceptance (The Shift): Thoughtfully lit, reflective spaces where audiences find shared validation, realizing they are not alone in their emotional struggles.
  • Stage 3: Move On (The Celebration): Vibrant, high-energy, and interactive spaces designed to celebrate emotional resilience, serving as the ultimate canvas for product integration and lifestyle alignment.

Why It Succeed

By reframing emotional vulnerability as culture—not crisis—we created a format where brands could naturally become part of meaningful moments.

Museum Patah Hati proved that immersive spaces can become more than installations: they can become high-value media ecosystems where stories, emotions, and brands meet.

No Wash No Was-Was

Redefining Hair Hygiene through a Multi-Sensory Floral Escape

The Challenge &
Cultural Insight

On days when Indonesian women skip a hair wash, public transit environments often trigger intense social anxiety regarding personal freshness and hair odor.

Sunsilk introduced its Multivitamin Hair Perfume to solve this, aiming to transform the "non-wash day" from a source of vulnerability into a moment of fragrance-led confidence.

The Insight: To make an invisible, sensory experience like hair hygiene believable, consumers need tangible, highly visual touchpoints.

The Objective: Shift a high-stress, functional transit environment into an evocative, floral escape that physically mirrors the product's premium fragrance profile—proving its efficacy on the spot.

The Idea
A multi-sensory journey — where "was-was" becomes wonder.

No Was-Was merged physical floral aesthetics with digital interactivity to create an emotional reset for every visitor. The world said: your hair is fine. You smell amazing. Go live your life.

The Experience Architecture: The "No Was-Was" Journey

HALUU engineered a multi-sensory transit takeover, transforming a routine daily commute into an interactive, refreshing emotional reset.

The Floral Metamorphosis: We replaced the sterile, industrial aesthetic of a transit hub with a massive, vibrant physical installation of fresh blooms. This immediate visual contrast instantly communicated the product's core benefit—freshness—before a single word was read.

The Sensory Tunnel: A carefully curated walkway where physical floral aesthetics merged seamlessly with digital interactivity. As visitors moved through the space, motion-activated tech triggered subtle scent releases and dynamic visuals, enveloping them in the fragrance profile of the hair perfume.

The Confidence Stage: The climax of the journey where visitors interacted with the product, captured content in optimized Content Capsules, and walked away with a tangible feeling of renewal, completely stripping away the anxiety of a non-wash day.

Market Impact &
Brand Equity

Massive Public Penetration: Welcomed 96,000+ physical visitors within a single month, turning a routine commute into an unexpected brand touchpoint.

High-Value Social Proof: The hyper-aesthetic floral backdrop acted as a natural trigger for user-generated content (UGC), dominating local feeds with organic beauty storytelling.

Elevated product experience beyond trial into emotional connection

No Was-Was didn't just showcase a product. It let people live inside the product's promise — and walk away feeling exactly how Sunsilk wanted them to feel.
